Champs Lunaires

This was the one that started it all. My first tuberose fragrance, and the spark that lit an obsession. I must have gone through more prototypes than I care to admit, each one trying to catch the exact moment when tuberose stops being just a flower and becomes something… other.

Back then, I was living in Southern California. The nights were warm and muggy. I planted tuberose in my own garden so I could have the real thing outside my window; not a bottled interpretation but the flower itself, breathing in the night air. I would step outside and press my nose to the blossoms, cataloguing their sweetness, their cream, their faint green bite. Every petal, every hour of bloom was a lesson.

Champs Lunaires grew out of those nights. I set the tuberose among white rose petals for lift, gave it a tart shimmer of pomelo, and smoothed it with sandalwood’s quiet warmth. Coconut milk wrapped the florals in a soft, lactonic haze, while musk anchored it all in the realm of skin and memory.

The name suggests “moonlit fields” an intangible summer night when the air is thick with white flowers, and you’re not entirely sure where the perfume ends and you begin.
